At Starfire Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and hearth purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for most unused and unassembled products in their original packaging.
Return Process
- 1.Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship the Item
Clearly mark your RMA number on the outer shipping box and send the package via a traceable carrier; we recommend purchasing insurance for high-value hearth products.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods to verify their condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping or restocking costs.
