What is the standard lead time for fire pit orders?
Most in-stock fire pits ship within 3-5 business days. Custom orders or made-to-order items typically require 4-6 weeks for production and quality testing before being dispatched via freight.
Do you offer white-glove delivery for heavy items?
Yes, for an additional fee, we offer white-glove delivery services which include bringing the item to your desired location, unpacking it, and disposing of the shipping materials.
Are your gas fire pits compatible with both Natural Gas and Propane?
Most of our fire features are available in both fuel types. Please ensure you select the correct configuration at checkout, as conversion kits are sold separately for specific models.
What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
We offer a 30-day return window for most unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-built fire features and clearance items are generally non-returnable.
How do I track my freight shipment?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and the carrier's contact information. The carrier will call you to schedule a specific delivery window.
Do I need a professional to install my fire feature?
For safety and warranty compliance, we strongly recommend that all gas-related products be installed by a NFI certified technician or a licensed local plumber.
